    Already in high school, he was into web topics and was creating first websites. He was connecting studies at Poznan University of Technology with a professional job. He has perennial practice in web project management. He worked as an interface developer, Web/UI Designer, Mobile App Developer and Creative Director. He is related with Profitroom since set up of the company. Nowadays he is working as a Product Development Director and is managing the portfolio of digital products of the company. His teams are creating new solutions, analyse everyday progress and optimise current products.

    General Manager at Cubo Hotel Ljubljana and Cubo Diners Golf Course. Professionally involved with Hospitality Industry for over 10 years working for the top hotel brands in the capital city of Slovenia.

    Interactive Director Sławomir Wojciechowski

    The alumnus of History and Politology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. Relevant to marketing since 2010. He earned marketing experience working for the biggest brands in Poland. For almost two years he is involved in developing the Interactive Department. He began work in Profitroom as a Project Manager. Nowadays he is Marketing Director and he is responsible for controlling the process of pro sales hotel websites.

    Revenue Team Leader - Profitroom Joanna Kulesza

    Joanna Kulesza is alumn of WSB University in Poznan. For many years she is hotel industry passionate. She earned hospitality and sales experience while working in OST Gromada and IBB Andersia Hotel. For 10 years she was creating structures of IBB Andersia and she was working as a Revenue & Front Office Manager. 5 years ago she joined the Institute of Hotel Market in the role of coach, sales consultant, pricing policy and reception management. Nowadays she is supporting Profitroom clients in terms of direct booking strategy.

    Business Development Manager - Profitroom Kamil Gumienny

    Kamil Gumienny, experienced Business Development Manager connected with IT business for a few years already. On a daily basis, he cooperates with directors and managers from various large hotel brands in Europe in order to deliver the most suitable technological solution to make their business thrive. To achieve this he focuses on understanding the challenges each hotel is facing and with close collaboration of both sides create the path which will lead to a successful direct sales strategy. Each case is different and flexibility plays a key role here. Privately he is a huge movie fan, who likes to meet new people and train various sports like CrossFit, cycling and running.
